Fandy Maroc Farine becomes the first mill to get the ONSSA’s Health Authorization
Following an audit conducted by the National Health Security Office for Food Products (ONSSA), Fandy Maroc Farine (Flour), a subsidiary of the Anouar Invest group, becomes the first mill in Morocco to obtain the Health Authorization by the ONSSA.
Following an audit conducted by the National Health Security Office for Food Products (ONSSA), Fandy Maroc Farine, a subsidiary of Anouar Invest group, becomes the first mill in Morocco to obtain the Health Authorization by the ONSSA.
As a reminder, Fandy Maroc Farine is the first company to have certified its milling activities in Morocco : ISO 22000 v. 2005 and ISO 9001 v. 2000.
The sanitary authorization, has once again firmed up the commitment of Fandy Maroc Farinein favor of safety and sanitary hygiene of food, in compliance with national standards as well as with its customers expectations. It also reflects the company’s sustained attention towards the constant improvement and optimization of its procedures and the reliability of its operations.
During its audit, the ONSSA has thoroughly assessed the compliance to Moroccan standards by Fandy Maroc Farine, but also the staff hygiene conditions within the company, their good health practices, cleanliness of premises and cleaning procedures. The Body has also analysed the safety of the used raw materials and products as well as their traceability, not to mention the application terms of self-monitoring programs.
